「Unit is self contained so no contact required with owners/staff. I received instructions the day we arrived on how to access the room as we were going to arrive after 8pm, so not sure if we had arrived earlier if that would have been different. We didn’t order breakfast but I understand it arrives by basket and is left outside.
Nice room/apartment set back from Sint Paulusplaats. Easy to find from Antwerpen Centraal Station. We took trams 10 and 7 with a change at Nationale Bank. Close to bars...

Om rekening mee te houden / te verbeteren:
- parkeren! 31€ voor een dagkaart in
de parkeergarage vlakbij is best erg veel geld en toch een stukje lopen. Als daar een betere oplossing voor is, houden we ons aanbevolen.
- er is geen tv op de kamer (hoewel we het nu niet gemist hebben)
- er is geen lift, wij hadden geen problemen met de trap, was ook maar 1 etage, maar voor anderen wel iets om...

De ligging is perfect, het station en centrum van Mechelen makkelijk te voet bereikbaar.
Ligging aan drukke straat geeft zeker geen geluidsoverlast.
Parkeergelegenheid onder het hotel: veilig, makkelijk bereikbaar en kost 15€ per verblijf.
Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Mooie troef: gratis koffie, thee, fris water en een koekje erbij verkrijgbaar in de lobby van het hotel!」
"Obviously they did not have enough people at the hotel. No one pick up the phone and we had to wait more than one hour to receive our luggage. Restaurants and the bar was fully occupied . The location was good and comfortable. "
