Fantastic Hotel

Very good hotel, short walk to the old town and not too far from the train station The hotel staff are fantastic and very obliging We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury stay

Beautiful hotel - very well appointed and well staffed. Rooms were a good size for Europe and beds very comfortable with nice linens. Especially loved the welcome glass of Prosecco during check in! Great stay and beautiful area!

Beautiful heritage hotel with great service!

The location is great , close to most of the sightseeing spots, but in a quiet location! Also, this hotel itself is full of beautiful history for you to explore! All the staffs are friendly and helpful, especially, the girl in the front desk, Marianne , who help me to book all the great restaurants during my stay!

Comfortable, clean and great location

Weekend stay, our room faced the courtyard and was very quiet & comfortable. Hotel is well located within walking distance to old town & the port. We walked from the train station to the hotel and it was okay distance if you don’t have a lot of luggage but a taxi may be a better choice

Lovely place to stay

Had a lovely night here on our Belgian tour. Couldn’t fault the hotel - great room, clean bathroom and good shower. Central location too. Road works outside the hotel but had no effect on our stay and didn’t notice any noise. Lovely touch was the glass of Prosecco on arrival.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My biggest problem with this hotel is the bed. The bed was awful. Waking up on vacation sore and uncomfortable isn't ideal. The breakfast was wonderful as was the staff on duty for the breakfast.

Poor check in. Little assistance available. Asked for a map of the local area and got one the size of a soap. Excellent housekeeping and restaurant-bar staff. Windows are paper thin. We listened to men arguing each night from the apartment building across the street at 2am every morning.
