"Everything was really excellent at the property. We tried 3 restaurants (Lido, Panasia grill, and the main breakfast restaurant ) during our stay, and all restaurants had amazing food. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We could really feel their sincerity in wanting us to have a nice stay. We took part in 2 kids activities during our time there: pizza making and making mango sticky rice, and because it was a low season, all the staff around the restaurant gathered round to encourage our kids during their activities. Our rooms were also amazingly - Furniture, carpets and other fittings were well maintained and in great condition, and room smelt amazing! Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean - we were also upgraded to a nicer room due to a problem with our original room, and weren't charged for early check in - this is probably due to the off season low occupancy, but i appreciate that it's something they didn't have to do. We spent a lot of time at the kids clubhouse due to rain, but while it's small, the staff were extremely nice and made every effort to keep the kids entertained, painting and playing games with them, even when the parents were present. All of were extremely nice and I could feel genuine care and love for the kids. All of us were pretty sad when it was time to check out. 10/10 would go back and stay again in the future"

"Overall it is pretty good! I travelled with my elderly mom and the staff is really helpful. The only suggestion is the repellent. I have got so many mosquitoes bite! "

"Breakfast very good, variety and length of service was great. Rooms large and comfy beds. 2 pools one with swim up bar. Private beach and warm sea to swim in. Staff very polite and helpful. Car park with limited spaces, but security is there 24 hours so no problem parking on the front of the hotel A very enjoyable stay, wish we booked longer than 4 nights. Close to waterfalls, temples, and tsunami museum. "

"Paradise! Let’s start with the good …. Stunning pool, spacious rooms with beautiful outlook, clean but with the usual firm beds. Gorgeous grounds and right on a beach that stretches for ever both ways- great for walking. There is a pack of dogs that roam the property. They hang around the restaurant and beg for food. They seem harmless but I wasn’t tempted to pat one. In good health though and probably owned by the resort. No cats to be seen The not so good would be the majority of the patronage were Russians. Strange vibe from them, verging on unfriendly. The sea was murky grey and not tempting to swim in at all. Maybe it was the time of year we were there? Something to note is you access the property via a long boat or ferry across a substantial river then shuttle van. The long boat cost 80 baht for the 3 of us and the shuttle appeared to be free (phone the resort on arrival at the pier) All in all a lovely place with lovely staff but it has no soul"
