「My stay was comfortable. However, I was disappointed by the hotel’s communication and customer service. Before arrival, I was told that my room might be hot because of an unresolved HVAC problem. The hotel said that I could cancel or accept the room as it was, in which case I would receive Bonvoy points. 「Super good location, room, services and communication with operator. Definitely will come back this hotel.」

「Good quality!」

「Our 1st time visiting to see tourist sights. This place is within 3-4 blocks of Philadelphia's 2 Hop-On/Office tour bus companies. There's a bakery/café & Starbucks across the street, plenty of food within walking distance, as well as we found affordable long term parking 3 blocks away. The building was recently renovated to like brand new. We loved our stay!!!」

「We didn’t end up staying because the hot water wasn’t working but the staff were helpful on the phone and reimbursed us」
