"They charge for parking and do not tell you. There is no continental breakfast. There is no baby changing station in the main lobby washroom. There was no information from staff about check out time or amenities."

"Loved staying at the William Penn Omni. Excellent location within walking distance of theaters, Market Square, Station Sq, museums, restaurants and the Strip district. The staff was friendly and helpful (especially enjoyed talking to Patrick who was our bartender). The room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"This hotel posts quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, but I was woken up at 3:18 AM by noise from the next room. First came loud TV audio, followed by doors slamming, objects dropping, and an alarm going off twice, etc. After an hour of this, I called the front desk. The woman who answered was impatient and told me that this time of night is when many guests head to the airport. I said I understood that, but suggested they could at least politely remind guests to keep the noise down. If your flight isn’t in the middle of the night, I’d recommend being cautious about staying here—you may not get a good night’s sleep due to poor soundproofing and indifferent staff."

"Great area for food and shopping, very kind staff, and clean rooms! Pool was also peaceful, and the breakfast was legit the best hotel breakfast I’ve had so far!! surpasses 10/10!!"
