Beautiful, comfortable, great accessibility to Washington DC, great views, the gated parking garage and large balcony were wonderful bonuses. The Rosslyn area is a really cute and boutique feeling area. Conveniently located near plenty of shopping, the concierge was great too for asking questions and having deliveries made. The free coffee during the day, pool on the roof, weight room, and pool table were also lovely bonuses.

The location of the apartment was great! Easy and convenient to restaurants and Metro Station. The unit itself needed late touchup work throughout. Also, needs to be advertised that the pool is only seasonal.

Great location & beautiful place. Five stars!

The place was really nice and exactly as advertised. The building's concierge was new (no one's fault) and there were a minor issue at check-in, but the listing agent was very responsive and it all got worked out. The location was perfect within easy walking distance of a Target, grocery store, numerous restaurants, and a major Metro station.

High rise oasis

Our stay in D.C. was based in this really cool apartment that was situated in a community of condos and apartments. The proximity of the Metro (5 minute walk) and the even shorter walk to groceries and restaurants made travel easy. Great location, great apartment, great vacation.

Highly recommend

This was a great property to stay in. The neighborhood felt very safe and was clean. The property itself is extremely secure (needing a key tag for entry, the elevator, etc he parking garage was gated closed) The apartment was clean and well organized. It had everything as stated in the listing. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathrooms were clean (slightly outdated) with plenty of towels in the apartment. Access to our own washer and dryer was phenomenal! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans and pots and utensils. A Keurig is provided with a few K cups (we knew there was something to make coffee and brought coffee grounds with us - so make sure to bring K-cups) The TVs worked great and had access to several apps. We took a risk by staying here without any reviews and I am so glad we did. Highly recommended.
