Excellent hotel, very nice/helpful/considerate staff, location is very convenient to several of the DC main sights, restaurants in the area, two-minute walk to the metro station which also is just across CVS - it was a perfect stay! There's a construction going on but with all the other positive stuff mentioned, it was not a bother at all. Can't wait to go back! Thanks everyone for making our trip pleasant and wonderfully memorable!

The room is great, we didnt try breakfast. We know construction is happening, but checkout is at 11am and waking up to drilling at 8am on a sunday is extremely frustrating. We feel like there shouldnt be drilling before 10am at the earliest. Everything else about the facility was nice. Looking forward to seeing the facility done in the future

Beautiful location. 2 blocks from the train station. Central location to restaurants, lounges and a sports venue. Only complaint is terrible parking especially if there are a lot of events in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

I visit Wash, DC for business several times a year. Usually I stay at hotels near Crystal City however, now I'll stay in SE DC at the Residence Inn Marriott. For me its location near the Navy Yard and the surrounding area are great. Easy to go to Reagan National by Metro or Uber.

We picked a location in the SE to be close to attractions on the eastern side of DC and close to Metro station. Large apartment with very comfortable beds and Functional kitchen. Good space to use a laptop and sofa to view TV. Staff very attentive and helpful. Continental breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are cleaned every other day, which is okay, but the cleaning member arrived on the second day of our stay after 4:00 pm, we needed the cleaning done so we went with it but it was inconvenient.
