Location is nice being close to the park and Metro. Sunny apartment. Note that this is actually a 1 bedroom, the 2nd "bedroom" with the 2 beds... is actually the room you enter into the unit and does not have a separate door. We noticed the apartment did not have ANY hot water our first morning there (in the middle of a frigid February). We alerted the owner who acknowledged our message. The owner was then out of communication for more than 8 hours and not in any hurry to remedy this situation and 24 hours after they were made aware of the issue it was no closer to being resolved. We checked out 2 days early for a hotel.
