A great location which is easily assessible to public transport and shops. Supporting staffs are very nice, but sorry to say that staffs in the reception are cold and not very helpful.

Enjoyed our stay at Pan Pacific Service suites. Orchard Singapore. It was right in the centre easy shopping, staff very polite and always helpful and respected our needs. We had a late checkout as our flight back to England was at 20:55 and we were never charged for this. Overall we loved it and one day we will be back.

This was a great place to stay. It is ideally located on Orchard Road, with an MRT and plenty of food right next door. The reception staff were lovely and they provide a good breakfast. Best coffee was at the Providore just up the street. We will happily stay here again.

Perfect location

We stayed here for 8 nights. We have been to Singapore a number of times but this is the first time staying at Pan pacific Serviced Suites, Orchard. The location for us was perfect. We were close to restaurants and shops and close proximity to Raffles etc. We booked a one bedroom executive Suite. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is great to have a washing machine and dryer. The suite is looking a little tired but still comfortable nonetheless. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will certainly stay here again.

The staff is quite great! The hotel is located in one of the best spots, close to tons of shopping and eateries. The transit system is next door, so navigating is quite simple.

Definitely worth a stay

Stay was fantastic, great room and breakfast was excellent. Only minor grumble was room cleaning was very average and the wet bath mat was folded and put back for reuse when I had left them out to be replaced but that didn’t detract from our stay.

The breakfast is of low quality to say the least. The lack of western breakfast portions is non-existent. I understand this SE Asia, but essentially every hotel on orchard road DOES have western breakfast portions in the mornings.

Excellent location for transport network, places to eat and drink, and in the heart of orchard street. Amenities were good, room was excellent, although breakfast was a bit poor. Overall very good, would go back.

High standard apart hotel

Great location next to Somerset MRT, all staff really helpful, very comfortable and everything I needed for a 6 night stay. Only think to watch out for is the free breakfast and room service is not provided on Sundays and public holidays, my trip coincided with 2 public holidays, lots of options nearby and obviously you can do your own in the Kitchenette.

Generally everything was ok. The bathroom especially the shower cubicle are quite small. The bed was incredibly hard. The washer dryer broke on Friday although maintenance attended Saturday morning a new machine could not be sourced until Saturday evening. Unfortunately the replacement machine also did not work. We checked out on the Monday the washing machine situation had still not be rectified. No mention of this when we checked out.

Great location, conveniently right next to the MTR (metro) and shopping centre. Decent gym and great lap pool, super breakfast staff, and good size rooms. However, inconsistent cleaning (no cleaning on Sundays, serious problem with drain flies - hundreds of them in bathroom) and unacceptable maintenance schedule (cleaner literally came any time between 9am and 5pm, and unable to schedule work in room for two days, as cable replacement service was scheduled at an unspecified time slot). Disappointing.

Fantastic location for our Singapore holiday. Next to MRT, shops, restaurants and attractions. The Executive Suite was ideal for our needs. The pool and hydrotherapy suite were much used by ourselves. Breakfasts are of a high standard and the staff were outstanding. Highly recommended.

Great location at the Orchard road. 10-15 minutes by taxi to all places worth visiting. Very nice setup - kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need. Great personnel - caring and attentive. The only thing which was not right is a leaking kitchen water tap - but it did not spoil anything.

Our king serviced suite was fabulous for a weeks stay. The property had a perfect central location, close to shops, transport and places of interest. Breakfast had an array of great choices and staff were very friendly and helpful. Eggs cooked to your order! Rooms were spotless and serviced everyday except Sunday as per description. Complementary room snacks and plenty of bottled water provided daily. Laundry facilities included in room or dry cleaning at a fee. Amenities were fabulous - pool in a shady spot was so refreshing, pool towels provided, steam room, gym, Jacuzzi tubs, separate lounge area upstairs to relax, read, complete with computers and massage chairs. Free tea and coffee 24/7. Highly recommend this property!

Cafeteria closed on Sunday morning, no explanation

Room needs to be updated, the ceiling tiles were worn out and some part was broken. The room was spacious compared to other hotels in Singapore. It is suitable for long term stays (over 2 weeks) as it is serviced residence. During my stay, the service came twice a week and changed the bed sheets at that time. The room I booked priced in for breakfast but on Sunday the cafeteria was closed and no one at the front was available to explain why the cafeteria was closed so I had to run outside to get breakfast before going off to my next meeting. This was not expected and caused some disruptions during my stay here. The pool was decent and hardly anyone used it. The gym was adequately stocked.
