The staff are very friendly and professional and caring and thoughtful. They aim to please you. A shout out to Peter Carmen at the Service Desk and Jean as the Housekeeping Supervisor. They went above and beyond to help their guests enjoy their stay.

Brilliant!

Absolutely excellent home from home in Singapore. They’ve thought of everything - nothing more you could ask for. Great location and definitely the friendliest staff we’ve ever experienced. Spacious and very comfortable one bed apartment with two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen.

A Serviced Apartment Par Excellence

When I thought it's a serviced apartment, I was thinking just that. But I was wrong! Our stay here was better than some hotels around the world which we have stayed before. Not only is there a full sized swimming pool but also gym, and other play areas. Service is really good - from the sales team, security personnel, counter staff and house-keeping staff. The apartment is well connected to the mall next door without walking in the open too. Will definitely come back if even we want another staycation.

GWSA was one of the best places I have stayed, the room and facilities were fabulous. It was clean and we had everything we needed..even a balcony which is rare to get. My favorite feature was the 41mtr pool, this is unusually large for holiday accommodation. The staff were amazing and I cannot fault it at all. The gym was good and all the lifts were working which is rare. Highly recommend booking a stay there, its very central and with the shopping centre next door everything is at your fingertips. I recommend trying a serviced apartment over a hotel, you just get more space and its not a busy and cheaper, GWSA gets a huge tick in my books, would happily stay there again.

Just finished a one week stay with family. Apartment was spacious and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Best of all the property is located within steps of a large shopping and food complex. Also the swimming pool was huge. The only suggestion would be having cleaning wipes placed in the fitness center. I would definitely recommend this property.

Liked:- comfortable and roomy 3 bedroom apartment, with large fridge and working aircon. Disliked:- no icetrays in fridge to make ice for drinks. No basic food items such as sugar, milk, teabags and coffee to make a hot drink, unusual for the high price we pay for the accommodation. Room service only twice a week, we ran out of toilet paper, two rolls for 4 people to share.

The apartment suited our needs very well with two bedrooms and bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Services were very good and the pool & gym facilities were excellent. I was connected to a good shopping mall with restaurants etc. Perhaps the only downside is that it is currently a bit of a way from the nearest MRT although one is under construction to serve the shopping mall. However taxis work very well in Singapore so it wasn't a problem.

Fantastic location

After spending time in Singapore last year we decided to go back and take the kids. This location is fantastic for everything in Singapore. Zion food is across the road for cheap eats and the room was like being at home. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting self contained accommodation!!

After a disappointing stay and travel from JB. Was pleasently surprised when we arrived here. We were warmly greeted with quick check in and option for representative to cone in and explain how things work and a run down of room facilities which was helpful. Room was extremely clean, modern and very spacious. Was good option for kids with kitchen facilities and laundry. Pool or should I say pools enjoyed by all again clean and well maintained. Having direct access to shopping center was fantastic and maccas very handy :) had a good variety of shops and money changer Free shuttle to orchard Rd was also great Staff very friendly and helpful, overall was a great stay especially for families would definitely recommend
