"Could not connect to wifi, the tv service kept searching for signal, and the check in staff I had was very dismissive. Did not welcome me, just said “next”. When I asked him about the property, he said everything is on the map. He was not pleasant and was probably the worst check in attendant I’ve ever had. "

"This was my first time booking with Holiday Inn and I’m honestly blown away. Everything was perfect, from the food to the staff, who were warm, welcoming, and very professional. What meant the most to me was how respectful and inclusive the environment is. As a Black guest, I’ve had unpleasant experiences in some hotels before, but this was completely different. I felt genuinely valued and comfortable throughout my stay. Even on my first day, I’m already hooked. Holiday Inn has definitely gained a loyal customer, 10/10, highly recommended! I had a 4 days stay."

"Arrival found door code would not work. Had to call 3 phone numbers to get a person. Fridge was not cleaned, little hairs around the sink vanity, no hot water in the shower, no added deadbolt inside the room which inly mattered because i had a guy knock loudly on my door every night. No room cleaning by any staff. No staff on the premise. Windows were not locked. Tv only had paid options to buy programs or movies; nothing free to watch. "
