「We had a lovely stay at Lavender cottage, the location is ideal for Shenington Kart track. The pastries, milk, butter and orange juice were very much appreciated. The alpacas are cute and can be seen from the bedroom and garden, the hot tub was amazing!」

「Gym basic - just home kit really - but better than most hotel gyms despite that, and the pool was swimmable in early March despite not been up to the temp the owners aim for (but don't expect until April). Lovely property and location, was there for work but would return for holiday!」

「This cottage was beautiful, well equipped with everything we needed. On Main Street steps to all amenities. Parking was at front door, it was very busy while we were there so we were lucky to get the park we did, in saying this we did not need the car because we could walk to everything. Hopefully we will be back in this beautiful town for Xmas one year.」

"Choose other place. I found the dirty cloth on my desk when I came in and a big fry in my room. This hotel is very old and not pleasant to stay. It is very far from any place you want to go. I choose this place by seeing the picture. But I did not find anything there on the picture. Do not stay here. "

"非常に暑い日にも関わらず、エアコンが故障していた。冷えるのに時間がかかると言われ数時間待ったが、全くかわりなしで、体調がわるくなり倒れそうになった。急いで荷物をまとめて部屋を出て部屋を交換してくれるよいに頼むと、渋々交換してくれたが、予約した部屋より狭い部屋しか空いてないと言われたが、熱中症になるよりはましなので、その部屋に移動した。部屋の差額は返金されなかった。後で口コミを見たら何ヶ月前の口コミにも同様にエアコンが故障していたというものがあった。あの暑さで空いている部屋がなかったら熱中症で倒れていただろう。客の最低限の安全も確保できないホテルだと思った。有名ホテルで系列には何度も滞在したことがあるがこんなことは初めてだった。非常に失望した。"
