The vacation home has a modern fitted kitchen with adjoining dining and living area. This invites you to eat together and enjoy pleasant conversations. On the gallery on the second floor, you can enjoy a unique view of the property and the natural surroundings through the floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing. You can also challenge each other to table football tournaments.



Embedded in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. The Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve are in the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse. The municipality of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the Lange Trödel, a former part of the Finow Canal.

Even in winter, the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse is always worth a visit. After a walk along the icy lake or through the snow-covered forests, you can warm up again in your vacation home in front of the cozy crackling stove in the living room.

The harbor village Zerpenschleuse is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood.
