"Everything was perfect, amazing bed, shower and breakfast "

"From when we arrived to when we left, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. During our stay, there were half term activities for the kids and extra swimming times. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant one evening, but was disappointed the other restaurant was closed. High tea and breakfast in the orchid room was great. Our room was spacious and very comfortable! Will definitely be visiting again. "

"Room was huge with a large comfy king size bed. Plush dressing gowns and towels. Air con didn’t cool the room down very much and although I had a balcony couldn’t leave the door open as room was near the road. Not that you heard it with the door shut. Lovely hotel. Great location an beautiful views. "

"The room was fantastic! Very clean. The dinner as delicious- Compliments to the chef and team! The staff at The Kings Arms really are so friendly, professional and hardworking. "The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. We preferred breakfast when it was in the main property the kids were disappointed the pancakes had changed but the chocolates and cookies and milk at bedtime and gifts in the room made up for this. We would throughly recommend for a five star experience we just hope on our next visit the food is a little better. It was Christmas and very busy so that might explain it in part. Thank you to all the staff who literally enhance the experience in every way. "
