"Coworth Park truly was the perfect place for us to unwind after our wedding before heading off on our honeymoon from Heathrow Airport. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, so warm, friendly, and attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make our stay feel special, including some lovely thoughtful treats that made it even more memorable. The food was absolutely out of this world, every meal felt like a real experience in itself. The freestanding bath tub and marshmallow bed were truly so relaxing. And the grounds are simply stunning; such a peaceful, beautiful setting that made it the perfect place to rest and soak everything in after such a big occasion. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our honeymoon."

"There are several positives about this hotel - the room looked lovely, breakfast was delicious, and the pool was great. The staff at check in, and at our evening meal, were great. However, the main reason to stay at a hotel is to get some sleep - and that didn't happen. The thermostat in our room didn't work properly, so by 1am we rang reception to see if there was anything they could do. Someone came to the room, but they couldn't help. No other room was offered to us, so we lay there all night with the temperature over 25 degrees. The following morning at checkout, I explained what happened. The woman at reception said the only thing she could do is apologise and arrange for someone to fix the thermostat. Not great customer service! The timing was unfortunate. It was my birthday on the day of departure. We were staying there as it was near Heathrow, and we were flying to the States for surgery. I'm disabled, and unfortunately if I don't get sleep my pain goes through the roof. I explained that an apology wasn't sufficient for a night with no sleep, and no offer of a different room. In the end she reluctantly offered to refund the £25 late checkout fee, but I shouldn't have had to push for this. We have a small company of our own, and for us, customer satisfaction is paramount. For that reason, we won't be staying here again."

"What a stay! From the approach the hotel is spectacular, followed by the staff. Every member of staff we spoke to was incredibly polite and professional. I would like to call out the lady who served our drinks from the cocktail bar as well as the restaurant from the Tudor Pass, both were absolutely exceptional. One final mention of the chef at the Pass, just wow, not just the meal but the story for every plate and the link to the region and hotel. An utterly exceptional place, stay and staff and we will most certainly be repeat customers"

"Located close to Ascot, but maybe far enough to drive as over a mile. Sunninghill is about half a mile up the hill. Hotel is a little tired, but does the job. The bar is fine, as is breakfast - what one would expect. The spa and pool ar ok - although two lanes for swimming aren't wide enough for two people, and often there are kids fighting with long noodle floats. The steam room is good some days, smelling clean and fresh, but other days it smells sweaty and dull. There's an outside jacuzzi."

The perfect hosts.It was the perfect haven of rest that we needed before and after our son’s wedding.They had thought of everything and we wanted for nothing. The linen was crisp and luxurious and the towels were fluffy and soft. And for someone who really appreciates fragrance, the linen and towels and the hideaway smelt beautiful.
