「So to start, the staff were mostly good but the negatives outweigh the positives at this hotel. The bathroom was terrible, sink faucet did not work, shower barely ran and the doors etc did not close (most of the wood windows were rotten). The hammock was a nice touch but was filthy. The cleanliness of the room was ‘ok’ but there were plenty of spots in the room we avoided as it was thick with dust. Fans in the room didn’t really work and shook over the bed. That’s when it worked…..sometimes...

「The property had stunning views of the ocean, with all the bells and whistles of outdoor furniture. The pool does not have anti slip strips on stairs though and I fell hard on my spine. I wrote up a statement as requested and never heard a word from them. Not even a follow up on how I was feeling. When reported, they said they would view pool cameras. 5 hours later I went down and they handed me a pen and paper and told me write what happened.
