Unfortunately the facilities are not the best, generally good, but when it comes to the spa services, they are not in the same area as the hotel, you have to go a block away, with dirt roads and the spa does not work well at all, Not even the staff knows how to make it work.

Stayed with my boyfriend for one week. Easily the best week of my life. They were extremely friendly, the food was amazing and they cleaned our room everyday unless requested not to. The area was relatively nice and the spa was amazing. My boyfriend speaks Spanish so he translated for me but other than that the staff was willing to use my phone to translate. Prices for the food and alcoholic drinks were fair and not outrageous. Staff was willing to accommodate a romantic dinner on the rooftop terrace (for an extra charge that was reasonable) and the experience was amazing. 10/10 would recommend. No complaints here.

Beaucoup de rénovations a faire, personnel pas sympa sauf au restaurant pour certains. Se vente d'avoir 3 piscines, celles den bas n'ont plus de soleil a partir de 14h on se dirige sur celle du toit et la on nous dit qu'elle est fermée aujourd'hui pourquoi, on ne sait pas et elle n'ouvre qu'à 14h en plus. La femme de l'accueil nous indique que si on veut du soleil on a qu'à aller a la plage ou la piscine d'un autre hotel la blague... la chambre est + que standard aucun confort rideau de douche matelas pas confortable. Petit dejeuner + que moyen pas trop de choix et n'ont pas voulu que je reprenne des pancakes. Le restaurant etait cependant plutot bon au niveau des plats et les piscines sont sympas malgré leur horaire Plage a 200m a pieds , un +
