Excellent stay! Everything was excellent from beginning to end. The service was very good, the rooms were spectacular, and the pool was beautiful. The nightly show was also absolutely spectacular and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. The only recommendation I would give to international guests is to make sure they know how to identify the hotel staff when going out to the beach. Some of the beach vendors can be a little persistent and may approach guests frequently. As long as you can easily recognize the hotel employees and know who to ask for assistance, everything is perfect. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I am very happy with my stay!

AMAZING hotel. My girlfriend and I loved staying here. Next time I’m in Santa Marta I will definitely try to stay here again. The standard room was the size of a sweet and the views were amazing. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They even included free valet.

Such a beautiful stay! Regardless the small city it’s located. The hotel is more than AMAZING!! And the staff members are really kind and attentive. We enjoyed every single minute in our stay! And I would like to highlight the delicious breakfast with various of choices and the sweetest fruit ever! If we visit Santa Marta again. We will definitely stay there again :)

The best Hilton I ever stayed at. The staff was phenomenal! Nicest people ever! And the hotel was gorgeous and super clean. I loved the location right by the beach. A twenty minute car ride from the city.

The staff was awesome. The restroom on the 2nd floor was very good. I loved the rooftop pool. The hotel and room were beautiful. My only complaint was that the bed was too firm for me and that possibly my dinner on my first night may have given me a little infection
