"The building needs some maintenance, and there are a lot of mosquitoes in the pool. However, all the staff, including Mr. Victor in the restaurant, were very kind, friendly, and very cordial to me and my family. I recommend this hotel for a trip to Santa Marta, Colombia. Thank you very much."

"The building is new. It was very clean and offered most of what we needed. There are areas which are not open yet such as the main pool and kids playground. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. We would diffinitely stay again. I would suggest to have a couple bottles of water and coffee available for future guest. Also they did not offer beach towels. Hot water would be nice to have. The shower water is very cold. Thank you for the great hospitality!"

"No WiFi for the duration of our stay!!!! We specifically book condos so we have good space to work and the owner did not have working WiFi as advertised. We ended up sitting at a local hostel for 2 days to use WiFi. Hostel Viajero is beautiful place and super friendly! After our hike to Ciudad Perdida, we planned to rebook the condo, but the owner did not seem to care that our connection was not working and made no attempt to set up working service. "I had just some minor communication issues with vrbo and the host prior to arriving , but he was very friendly and helpful once we sorted things out. The location is a bit removed from the more crowded tourist areas like Rodadero but I liked it for its tranquility. It’s right next to Bello Horizonte Beach, which is likewise less packed and offers a very pleasant experience by the ocean. I found the accommodations comfortable and reasonably priced as well. I definitely recommend the property!"

"We booked for two days, checked in late night, and left next morning. Property has a great Oceanview but wind noise through window gaps is very disturbing at night. It is a Duplex that was a problem for me. No hot water, no shower head, no soap. Close but difficult access to beach(two locked gates and many stairs). Wifi didn't work. But owner was nice to refund for the second day that we didn't stay, as booked."

" One of the worst customer service we ever had! We arrived at the hotel at 3:15 pm and check in was at 4 pm. the process was done by 3:38 pm but they wouldnt give us the room until 4 pm.. they said no after us asking nicely since we had a wedding to attend at 4:30 pm and we had to get ready . We had to wait until 4 pm because THEY DID NOT HAVE THE ROOM READY when check out is at 12 pm..Mediocre service! On another note the road to the hotel was terrible, all of the hotels in that street are owned by the same owner therefore they have no intentions to fix this. Breakfast is a scam, they have a transportation to another building to have breakfast, which this is not mentioned in the website. What kind of "hotel" is this??? and the reviews mention iits exceptional with a rating of 9.4l!!! what a scam!! dont believe this trap"
