Amazing property with even better staff. Staff here were very helpfull and friendly. The buffet is good (eggs, chese, potato, deli meats, coffee, juice) dinner is good as well however better options near by. Will stay here again. Close to everything!

We were charged 800mil cop, $200usd for laundering services on about 15 kg of clothes washed and dried. What a rip off. The clothes were supposed to be ironed but they were not, 200 dollars to wash and dry a bag of clothes is outrageous. We have had better experience at near by hotels and will not be staying here again.

Amazing rooftop pool and bar. Beautiful view of the mountains. Although the pool didn’t open until 9am there was a lovely area to bask in the sun before that time. Paula at reception was excellent. Very helpful and her English was great. Short walk to 19th street where all the restaurants are. The hotel is in excellent condition and I would love to stay here again.

Excellent room, airco minibar, and good bed, the restaurant food in the morning and lunch is very good. Super nice swimming pool and a gym where you can exercise. Stayed in many places in santa marta and this one of the top 3!

Great valie for money. The hotel is lovely, super clean and within walking distance to the parque de los novios. Our room was spacious, breakfast was lovely with good options of delicious Colombian food. The pool was great, however I recommend you tonuse it early as it gets extremely busy after 5pm once everyone returns to the hotel. Service in general was great!

The stay was good. Room was clean & the air conditioning was working well. The personal coffee maker was not working (I am sure it would have been changed out if I had asked) & the shower did not have hot water for the duration of my stay but great view of Santa Marta/ friendly & helpful staff.
