All buildings are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all the necessary information about the property.
Customer support will be available exclusively through instant messaging apps or e-mail at the times indicated: from 9:00 to 19:00 and until 22:00 on the day of check-in.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.

In the contract it will be explained that it is mandatory to deposit the required security by credit card as a guarantee, to guarantee any damage.

Alles war super. Das Checkin hat dank der präzise und zeitaktuelle Beschreibung des Vermieter auf Anhieb geklappt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles war vorhanden. Selbst Adapter für Eurostecker hat uns der Vermieter nach Anfrage schnell besorgt. Sehr ruhige und angenehme Gegend. Kann man mit ruhigem Gewissen sehr empfehlen.
