グーグルマップないと、たどり着けないくらい場所がわかりにくい。 でも、この立地(サンマルコ寺院まで徒歩数分)と値段、歴史ありそうな建物に泊まれる、チェックインやアウト前の観光中荷物を預かってくれるところ、すべて良かったです。

le personnel est très impliqué à aider les clients et très gentil aussi. très bien situé et le seul inconvénient sont les 3 étages de marches qui a la fin de la journée sont difficile mais le staff a pris soient de monter et descendre nos grosses valises ce qui a été très apprécié . excellent choix hôtel

We found the Hotel Mercurio to be an ideal centralized location with very easy walking access to the Rialto area, the St. Mark’s Square and San Marco Pier area as well as many others. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The daily breakfast had a very nice selection and variety of foods to satisfy various food tastes. Please note that it has a very small shower in the rooms. (Which was totally fine for us) We would definitely recommend The Hotel Mercurio when visiting Venice!

The hotel is in within walking distance of Venice’s major attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The room was simple, clean, AC was working. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The breakfast was exceptionally good, with a great selection of options to start the day. However, a few basic amenities were missing from the room, including complimentary drinking water, a refrigerator, and an iron. The hotel also has no elevator, which can be inconvenient, especially for guests carrying luggage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastiskt inredda rum som var väldigt rymliga och kändes lyxiga. Ac på rummet och ett jättestort frächt badrum. Ett plus för takfönstret och balkarna i taket. Personalen var perfekt, trevliga, artiga och väldigt tillmötesgående. Mycket hjälpsamma och varma. Frukosten var den bästa vi haft på länge, stort utbud, mycket fina lokaler och magisk personal. Vilken service! Perfekt läge! Vi kommer ses igen!

Hotel is very well located. Staff was extremely cordial and helpful, especially front desk staff Monica and Daphne. Only negative was the very small shower in which it was difficult to bathe.

The room was spacious, bed was comfy and the shower had great water pressure. The balcony view was so awesome! We would’ve liked to have a couple chairs out there to enjoy it more. We were really missing having a fridge in the room. I can’t remember the last time I stayed anywhere that didn’t have a fridge… I also think there should be a kettle or coffee machine. These are just basic amenities that all hotel rooms should have. We didn’t get breakfast at the hotel. To be honest, there are lots of hotels to choose from in Venice and next time we would pick a different one solely because of the fridge and coffee.

I would never go back to this hotel. There is no elevator, and the bathroom had mold and was in poor condition. Sorry, but they gave us the ugliest room. The staff didn’t even offer free water after we had to carry our own luggage up to the third floor. A bottle of water costs €5. I refused to pay for it and went around the corner to the grocery store, where I bought a bottle of water for only €0.47.

We had the canal view suite and that was an amazing experience waking up to the singing from the gondolas. Room was nice and clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Great location. Would definitely go back and recommend. My only recommendation to the property is to provide a small fridge, tea/coffee supplies, and have steamers/irons available to lend at least. There was nothing in the rooms. No available iron to borrow. I was a bit turned off by the fact that someone was asking for a bowl and they would not provide it and were wanting to charge one euro for providing a plate. That’s a bit petty for a pricey hotel. I asked the restaurant next door for cutlery and they provided silverware no problem. That’s my only suggestion and it’s still a wonderful place to stay.

The rooms are very small compared to other Europen and it is NOT good for Senior Citizens or handicaped people as you have to go up 24 steps from the street to the secon floor before you get to the regristration desk. The check in lady was not very friendly and never wore a name tag in the 4 days we were there. Breakfast was good and the servers were very friendly. Wifi was good but I would never recommend this h hotel. Expedia needs to update their information about not good for ADA or Seniors

The location is the biggest reason to stay at this hotel. It’s in a great area for exploring Venice, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room had air conditioning, which was a big plus during the summer, and it also included an in-room safe but it doesn’t use a code and a key hasn’t provided Breakfast is continental only, so don’t expect freshly cooked items or made-to-order dishes. One thing to note is that the hotel only provides body wash/shampoo and a very small bar of soap. If you prefer lotion or your own toiletries, be sure to bring them with you. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location, helpful staff, and comfortable stay.
