「Wonderful staff and awesome room」

「Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations, which are normally pretty high! Lobby had coffee and tea available 24/7, breakfast was good and facility immaculate. All staff we encountered were professional and warm. 」

「The lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Check in did took a good 20ish minutes because only one person was doing everything.! The room was okay. Good size pool. Breakfast was good not a whole lot but everything was good. They do have side doors open which is kinda creepy because anyone can just walk in without being noticed. Otherwise it was ok. Near by gas station and restaurant 8 minutes away from Ilani casino and 10 minutes away from In-and-Out. 」

「Very comfortable hotel, room, bed. Very clean. Sheets were soft and the bed was very comfortable. Sounds odd maybe, but I liked the soft close room doors, much less jarring when people are leaving at 6am. Enjoyed my stay. 」

「The hotel is located in an area next to railroad tracks with regular trains moving back and forth. The noise from these trains were disturbing to sleep and rest. The hotel lacked some basic amenities which should be included in the price and this was disappointing. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful, especially when another guest was creating a ruckus in the room next door. Standard fast food franchises were available a short distance from the hotel.」

「Really cool place to stay. It's not cramped but it is certainly cozy. There are a million things to explore and discover. We loved our room's unique décor and the view from our big bay windows. The soaking pool was fabulous. The spa books out FAST so we definitely should have planned ahead if we wanted a spot there.」

「Room floor was dirty. Room door entrance was damaged. Bathroom needed re painting. Not enough shampoo in the small tubes. Staff was rude about the cash deposit they wanted that was not in the details when I booked the room. I had to go to ATM to get the cash out or we couldn’t have the keys. Didn’t know about that as I wouldn’t have stayed there otherwise. Noisy as there is a bar just facing only yards away and they drink outside. Allows pets so a dog was barking most of the night. Not a good...
