There to stay before a wedding and forgot my toothbrush and needed to do last Mary- both were accomplished by helpful staff. Nice stay.

I checked in very late, night reception was quick & efficient. I did not use the free breakfast amenity. The room was clean & quiet. Facility met expectations for Best Western. I would stay again.

Made reservations through Expedia three months prior. Both Expedia and Best Western confirmed the reservation. When I arrived to check in I was told, after waiting in line over 30 minutes that I had no reservation. No let us help find you something, just sorry you’re SOOL!!! Ruined the whole weekend.

No hot tub, no bathtub, no tv, dirty sheets, ripped curtain, key cards were unreliable, and it took 30 minutes before the front desk was manned. Left after one day, yet 3 days later was charged for the whole stay.

When staying 2 nights, I love the housekeeping service. I love to leave & come back to fresh towels & made up beds. Unfortunately, they were”short on housekeeping staff” so for the 2nd time staying here, we didn’t get it. Breakfast is always good. Staff is always nice.

Room not clean, only have 1 face towel and no floor rugs in the bathroom, staff not friendly, breakfast is empty. I left my watch charger in the room plugged in by the bed, I called and they said it not there.

It was a nice place to stay and served our needs for the days we were there. The shower curtain rod was a little weak and the internet was slightly unreliable, but the room was clean, the staff was nice, and there were complimentary cookies and coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby which were appreciated. The breakfast was also very good.

I stay in Room 221. There was constant noise coming from the floor below. It’s either the venting system or a pump or the generator. Horrible. Couldn’t rest at all. There was a dry contact lens on the bed table and hairs in the pillow when I checked in the room. Staffs were at least friendly but didn’t help with the noise.

When we arrived at 3:00pm, the dining area had crumbs from breakfast all over the floor and the tables all had a smeared film on them. They did not feel clean. When we walked up to our rooms, the carpet all along the way needed a good vacuuming. One of the rooms given to us was not cleaned as beds were still unmade. They did give us a different room that was ready. Rooms were clean enough, but the building is in need of repair and upgrades. Paint is bubbly and chipping in places and carpet is snagged and ripped in places. I felt it was overpriced for the quality received. Staff were nice, but it felt like they were understaffed and let a lot of things go.

The hotel looks okay from the outside but inside it is old and dirty. The bedding and towels were stained, and the room had a bad odor. I tried to buy water from a half full vending machine and it was sold out. They could only give one key per room. Didn’t have change for the laundry room and their staff couldn’t keep up with the breakfast room although there were only a handful of guests present. Probably one of my worst hotel stays ever. So disappointed. I truly believe that something illegal is going on there.

The room is not clean specifically the floor,you need to wait till past 3:00pm. to check in, and in the bathroom it's only have one face towel 2 bath towels and really small shampoo and conditioner and no floor rugs. The staff is not always available when you need assistance and not quite friendly. There's a shop, restaurant and casino nearby. I left my watch charger in the room plugged in by the bed when we checked out, I called and they said they couldn't find it.

We showed up to find out that there key cards weren’t working and so we would not be provided one and had to be escorted to our room every single time we left the hotel and needed to get back in. The rooms are also very outdated, smelledpoorly, and are really worn down. Would not recommend.
