「I arrived later than I planned due to traffic around 9pm and when I got there, the gate to drive in was closed and the front office was closed. I was having trouble loading Expedia and called the number for the location they had on a billboard outside. The man who picked up said they had sent all the information to the third party (Expedia) so I follow those instructions. I say I’m having trouble loading the site and they say that’s out their control and I should call back later if I can’t...

「Check in was weird and not mentioned at all through email at all. When we arrived there was no front desk, just staff waiting around in golf carts. I didn’t mind, just preferred that this be mentioned through some communication. Every room has its own personal garage which is nice. There’s no explanation about that on anything either. This is advertised as an adult only property which is fine」

「We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico.」

「Saludos El hotel no estaba mal en cuestión al servicio al cliente que fue excelente por la joven que nos recibió, su decoración estaba muy bonita , pero las facilidades dentro del cuarto no eran las adecuadas, primero los olores eran fuertes, al parecer las alfombras tenían un mal olor, el calentador agua nunca funcionó, las camas se sentía los alambres. De mi parte no vuelvo.」

「We had a comfortable 2 nights here. It’s very expensive to stay here - breakfast was $26 per person and evening meals were on the pricey side. The bar meals were good but had limited hours. We were disappointed that the beach wasn’t great. It was very busy over the weekend. We would consider staying here again but would check other options. 」
