We had to search for the keys to be able to lock the house when we left because the keypad on the door did not work. The following items were missing: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, bath towels, hand soap in the bathrooms or kitchen, shampoo and body wash, hand towels, face towels, kitchen towels, bedding on some of the beds.
