「Great location and very close to downtown Van Alstyne and the property was close to our family that we were visiting. The property was clean, quiet and very spacious and provided what we needed during our stay. Bathroom has a nice size walk-in shower and the bed in the full bedroom was very comfortable. We had a couple minor issues during our stay which were resolved quickly by our host. We would recommend this property to others and we would consider staying again at the property in the future.」

「Such a cute, cozy little cottage! The guest house was very clean, charming, and decorated so nicely. I really appreciated all the little thoughtful extras, like having ice already in the freezer, bottles of water in the fridge, and even the little cups of coffee creamer. Those are such small things, but they really make a stay feel more comfortable.
I also loved having the list of local places to eat and things to do. I always appreciate recommendations, especially when I’m staying somewhere...
