"Easy access to the Hotel, always clean and staff helpful. Nice King bed, bathroom very clean. And the breakfast is included and very reasonable price."

"Our room was terrible at check in: bathroom had dirt, over 30 hairs on the floor, nightstand hand coffee stains, coffee station had a layer of dust and glasses with waterspouts! Better after the 1st day (out of 5 nights) although missed replenishing the coffee pods once"

"This is an excellent property for a family of four, or even five if you use the sofa bed. The building is brand new and very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that there is only one AC unit in the living room. Since the apartment is so large, I'm not sure if that would be enough to cool the whole place during the summer."

"The hotel is very well located, Las Condes is a beautiful and convenient neighborhood. The staff is friendly, though not exceptionally so. As for the hotel itself, it feels like it has seen better days. The luxury here is somewhat dated and hasn't been well maintained over the years, it's a has-been property, which makes the pricing hard to justify given what you actually get. With some vision and investment, it could easily compete with more modern luxury hotels. For now, though, the price-to-value ratio falls short."
