「I liked everything about the hotel until when I was at checkout they asked me to pay for my kids breakfast which was included in the reservation. The explanation made absolute no sense.」

「Welcoming staff and the room was clean. Enjoyed breakfast」

「Amazing stay, beautiful property! Even with the construction currently underway my stay was absolutely amazing!」

「Good location and very secured, staff was good」

「A professional and well maintained and serviced Hotel.」

「It was good!」

「Very comfortable stay. The hotel’s location in the stadium mall is perfect for shopping, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I noticed a slight cigarette smell in my bathroom, but it appears to have been coming from an adjacent room rather than being a hotel issue. Overall, an excellent experience and I’d definitely stay again.」

「I had a wonderful stay, they made me feel at home」

「I really like Village Ridge. The location and security are excellent. Staff always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and super clean. One of the best places to stay in Pretoria」
