"The host was very easy to talk to and helpful. The apartment is clean and on the top floor with its own large roof top patio. This was a good find closer to the beach than I thought and close to everything or a quick taxi/uber away. Good find and would book again. The only thing I would say is that the bathroom is nice and modern but no privacy since it’s located in the bedroom and open format with no walls or door. Other than that great find and safe."

The neighborhood is safe and comfortable, with access to everything you would need. It is an ideal location from which to explore both Russafa and the Old City, and the short walk to both the train station and metro made it easy to get anywhere in Valencia in less than 30 minutes. "Folks at reception (Alejandro, Daniela, Valentina) are outstanding. Kitchen, bedroom, living room are great. Bathroom has a few issues: faucet is very short, showerhead waterpressure low, and the hot water tank is tiny. More than two people can’t shower in a row, you’ll run out of hot water."

Check in experience was amazing as Host stayed in touch through WhatsApp and provided all the help that we need (even the local info about transport etc). Sent a message about extra items and they were delivered right away. Apartment and building both are very modern with top class cleaning. As a family, we felt very safe and enjoyed the location as it was very central. Would highly recommend for families and couples. "
