Good hotel, well localised, nice room with view and large space. Good breakfast. I do not like the casino environment but it is isolated. Few little things such as having access to an apple at night or option to make a tea or a coffee in the room are not available. They should improve it.

Excelente Hotel!

Maravillosas instalaciones. El hotel cuenta con spa y servicios gratuitos de piscina, jacuzzi y sauna y por separado se pueden adquirir otros servicios. El desayuno buffet es increible y con la hermosa vista del Rio Valdivia desde el piso 12, lo mismo que el sky bar de noche. la ubicación excelente y la estadía incluye entradas al casino. He ido en invierno y verano y lo sigo recomendando.

The best place to see Valdivia's rivers

Modern, clean, spacious rooms. We were on floor number 8 facing the river, beautiful views of the river. Floor number 12 where you have breakfast also had amazing views.
