Excellent with friendly hotel staff located in a magical place food was very good (all inclusive) excellent day hiking trips both easy and difficult and also a trip to the glacier-excellent views from all the rooms and beautiful spa pool and jacuzzi

Magical place, excellent service.

A warm welcome at our late night entrance set the tone for the rest of this luxurious all inclusive accommodation. Restaurant staff, eco tour guides were all personable and knowledgeable. Hotel location just outside the boundaries of Torres de Paine national park allows majestic view of the Torres across El Sarmiento lake from all of the rooms.

The location and the views from the hotel's wonderful property are unbeatable. What really makes this place special is the staff. Kineret and Basilio organize the excursions for guests and go above and beyond to make this a memorable experience. Every member of staff is kind, friendly and accommodating. We didn't want to leave.

Everything vastly exceeded any expectations I had, from the extremely friendly, extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff to the delicious food - all enclosed in a beautiful building with spacious and comfortable accommodations and a wonderful and relaxing time spa set in a spectacular environment. The excursions are thoughtfully planed and executed to fit one’s preferences. Much thought is put in to keep everything as organic and environmentally friendly as possible.

Great Hotel for Exploring Torres

The stay was a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Torres Del Paine. The manager was very attentive and took great care in watching out for all the guests. Food was the weakest area of the hotel and I would encourage improved culinary options and execution given price point on the hotel
