「Expedia please be very clear with your listings. I always sort by hotels and don't like B&B's. This for me was a bad experience, small room, terrible bed and location was away from everything. My wife and I hated this place because not hotel. This could have been avoided if listed on your site as B&B, so I could have spent my money on good hotel. Shame on Expedia for making my wife and I unhappy for 3 days.」

「There is a tram station nearby, so it's very convenient. The water pressure in the shower was also great. Best of all, there is a delicious jarato restaurant nearby.」

「We stayed at Giuseppe’s property for one night as a stopover before our next destination, and overall we had a good experience. The room was very clean, the location was amazing, and we really appreciated the complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which was a lovely touch. Giuseppe also kindly let us check-out later and stored our luggage free of charge which allowed us to stay a few more hours in Florence and check out the local monuments before our departure. 「Nice accommodation in quiet area manged by nice family. Clean room and beds. Good wifi connection. Room was a right size for 3 people with 2 big suitcases. Delicious home made breakfast. Only one disappointment was cold shower. I had a shower 15mins after my friend had a nice hot shower (so my friend was happy), and there was no hot/warm water at all, and I ended up having a cold shower. Maybe I needed to wait for a while before I go. Overall, good accommodation to stay!」
