. Must say the reception staff was extremely professional, smiling and courteous. We were given the key to our suite which was spacious, comfortable and had a lovely bathroom attached to it. Brilliant sleep. We were told a baby cot had been placed in the room which was not there, but no problem. Great fitness facilities, superb swimming pool with warm water, so really brilliant. Now I come to to the major issue I think...
