"This property is supposedly remodeled, but carries bad conditions in many installations, the doors are falling apart, bathrooms are dirty with mold both in the sink and shower, the closets show to be so old they are all broken, by far this is not a 4 star hotel, information of the quality of the property is really misleading."

"Staffs are good, gave me check out at 2:00, I appreciate that. Bedding is not good, and the hotel doesn’t have thermometer."

"The staff were very friendly and kind. The food and overall service were excellent, clean and tidy facilities. My only complaints are with the level of noise heard inside the room and the room amenities that could be improved as well. Despite reserving the room for two people we were told only one cup of coffee/tea was allowed per room and there were no bathrobes available, something simple that can make the experience even better."

"NO POOL AT THIS PROPERTY Despite the Expedia listing noting a “Swimming Pool” - we were disappointed to learn they do not have one. They have a Whirlpool branded hot tub (listed as a separate amenity on the Expedia page). “Indoor Pool” was also listed under the Family Friendly heading of the Expedia listing. As most parents know, hot tubs are not appropriate for children, especially young ones. We chose the hotel because we thought they had a pool. When we travel, we spend part of our day playing in the pool. Kids love a swimming pool! In the hopes of disappointing another family expecting a swimming pool, I flagged to the property directly, Mariott Bonvoy and Expedia to encourage them to update their respective listings. Despite the misinformation, the property was excellent. The rooms spacious and clean, the gym was one of the best I’ve ever seen and the breakfast we paid extra for was excellent. A perfect way to start the day. A special should put to the Leidy, the Spa Manager who was great at addressing our concern. "
