We stayed in the penthouse and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and the views were lovely. Breakfast was good. There is a self service mini bar including water that is for a charge. It would have been appreciated if the staff told us that before instructing us to just go there to get water. You need to reserve the pool, despite staying in the penthouse that had it attached it our room. Overall was a good stay and the staff were very helpful.

I responded when we landed and then, when we got further delayed because of currency exchange wait at the airport, Carlos followed up again if we are okay. Wow, that's very impressive! My stay was great overall. Staff was great helpful and breakfaat was amazing. Aside from that my only complain was that when I check in to my first room the floor was dirty but I only stayed one night then moved to a higher floor. That room was clean but the trash was not taken out. I feel like the managers should inspect rooms before stays in my opinion.

Highly recommend Cassa Luxury Homes!

We loved our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic. The only recommendation we have is to increase the number of hooks and places to hang up towels and clothes. There should also be a towel bar on the outside of the shower door to have easy access to towel.
