Staff were polite and greeted me whenever i passed. Didnt realize i forgot my camera glasses until the desk agent returned them to me about 20 minuted after getting to my room. Very clean and tidy.

I had reserved a room with a queen-sized bed; however, I was instead assigned a small room on the first floor containing two twin beds. The room was inadequately furnished, and the beds were notably short. Additionally, I later discovered that the rooms in this particular area were reserved exclusively for pet owners. Following my complaint, staff members came to my door and offered to relocate me to an alternate room. Unfortunately, I was already quite fatigued, and it was late.

Not a good stay!

I really didn´t like my stay at this hotel. At arrival, I asked if I could do an early check in, and I was told it is impossible. Check in at 3:00pm (finally they gave me the room keys at 14:15). Room floor need restoration! Try a shower at 9:30pm and the water was could. After 10 min waiting to for the water to get hotter, I ask reception. Guy come tom my room, check it and said it will be hotter in the morning! To finalize, showr water was very weak, so bad shower.

The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast, other than that terrible, the rooms are unclean and I also had a towel with holes, very very old, for the price you would expect something decent. The room was with very dirty shades, without even a window, it looks like a room of a 1 start hotel. The location is good but the entrance is under construction so is difficult to get uber or other transportation, you will need to walk a little bit. I will never comeback to this hotel, and surely not good if you travel with kids.

Bueno a nivel general, pero tuvimos un percance con un problema con la cortina y la mucama que afecto gravemente la privacidad de la habitación, esas cortinas tienen visión de un lado si y el otro no, lamentablemente nos dimos cuenta a la segunda noche, estén muy pendientes de eso, porque los vecinos pueden ver con claridad dentro de las habilitaciones si la luz está encendida.

Nos quedamos una semana y la habitación estuvo pesima, la cama super dura, la nevera no funcionaba, la habitación muy pequeña. La verdad no fue nada comodo estar alli. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast blows away anything you would get in an American hotel. The price was very reasonable, considering the location and amenities. The only negative was Uber drivers figuring out how to get around the freeway construction. Some drivers figured it out but others would cancel. So I suggest walking to the other side of the freeway to get an Uber. This hotel is located in a very safe area and walking to Parque de la 93 where is a lot of restaurants was easy. I highly recommend!
