I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. The hotel is located in a safe and convenient part of Bogotá, and we felt completely comfortable walking around and exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again.

No es la primera vez que visito Andes Plaza y tenia un muy alto conceoto del hotel, sin embargo en esta ocasión, fallaron en tres cosas; #1 No recuerdo que las camas y almohadas fuesen tan duras al momento de dormir. #2 Eramos tres personas en la habitación y tooodas las veces tuvinos que bajar para pedir una tercera toalla. Lo sabía incluso la que traía las mismas al cuarto y nunca dejaron las tres toallas. #3 Hacía mucha calor en la habitación, lo dijimos en "from desk", nos iban a llevar un ventilador. Mañana regresamos a Puerto Rico y todavía estamos esperando que nos lleven el ventilador. En los desayunos son EXCELENCIA, tanto el personal como el "buffet".
