"The Italia Aldstadthaus is run as an annexe to the Italia Renaissace located about 75 meters away. It has no staff or facilities on site except the rooms (you have your own key to the street door) and breakfast is served at the Renaissance. There is no lift and the rooms are spread over 4 floors.
