客室の広さ、設備が快適です

チェックイン時間前に到着したため、部屋の準備が整い次第、テキストメッセージで連絡すると案内を受けていました。 しかし、しばらく待っても連絡がなかったため、再度フロントカウンターで部屋の準備状況を確認したところ、すでに準備が完了しているとのことでした。 実際にはもっと早い段階で部屋の準備が整っていた可能性もあると思いますが、少なくとも「準備が整い次第連絡する」と案内されていたにもかかわらず、テキストメッセージでの連絡がなかったことについては、大変残念に感じました。 今後は、案内した内容に沿って適切に連絡していただけるよう、改善をお願いいたします。

First we picked this hotel because it offered breakfast you can pay for. The restaurant for that is closed forever. Secondly, our safe and hotel phone were both broken and were unable to get it fixed. Next, we asked for an extra duvet 2 days in a row. Once we were given a mattress protector and the second time given 2 sheets being told they didn’t have extra. From what I saw they don’t actually wash the duvets they just change sheets. Additionally, the first night we were absolutely exhausted and had housekeeping banging so loudly yelling housekeeping at 1230 AM. But we had no phone so when I checked in the morning I was told he lost something and was looking for it.. then there was when we accidentally took a trip to floor 9 and saw a cockroach running under a door! We really didn’t feel ok or sleep after that. All new towels we got had blood or brown stains on it. Same with sheets and the curtains. Just disgusting for the Hilton.
