"If you’re looking for a boring, traditional hotel, this isn’t it. The Moxy has such a fun, vibrant energy right from the start—you literally check in at the bar and get a complimentary drink! The service was excellent, and the whole lobby area is packed with fun games and great vibes. The location is incredibly central and walkable to everything Uptown. The rooms are clean, minimalist, and trendy. Definitely my new go-to spot in Charlotte!"

"Staff was very unfriendly and rude, first room they assigned was already booked with people in it. The entire building smelt of weed and the entire second floor smelt like animal pee and was signs of it all in the carpets. Overall would not recommend"
