"Easy check in process. Property is close to Shin Osaka train station. Generally a nice place to stay. But a few issues in regards to the maintenance of the property. I’ve stay at Minn Shin Osaka previously in 2019 and the property was much newer at the time. The reception team were really helpful in welcoming us on our first day and walked us through the local area map pointing out restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores and the local station.
