「Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good with homemade jams. Narrow roads to drive to hotel but worth it for staying in beautiful mountain valley.」

「近くにバーガーキングやブッフェのお店、簡易スーパーがあり、便利でした。朝食のバラエティも豊かです。建物はとても綺麗でしたが、１点気になるのは、窓の外に設置してある雨戸のようなものが開かず、外の景気が見えない、密室のような雰囲気で、かなり圧迫感があったのが難点でした。」

「The hotel was spotless. Staff was very helpful. Excellent restaurant and bar. If you are a car enthusiast you definitely need to stay here the owner has an incredible collection of vintage sports cars and some modern cars the hotel is basically a car museum, also in the basement of the hotel there is a small version of Ripley's aquarium stunning examples of native freshwater fish and huge tanks quite an interesting walk through. Our room also had a beautiful outdoor terrace and view of the town.」

「ホテルはルツェルンから車で10分～15分くらいの便利な場所にあります。 ホテル自体は郊外にあるため、飲食店はまわりにはあまりありません。隣にAldiがあるため、スーパーマーケットは近くにあります。 レセプションはとても親切で、チェックイン、チェックアウトともにスムーズで、質問があれば相談にのってくれます。 部屋は清潔で、快適でしたが、夏に滞在したためエアコンがなく、扇風機だけだったので暑かったです。また3階に滞在しましたがエレベーターは2階までしかなく、ベビーカーを持った我々には少し不便でした。 部屋は十分に広く、清潔でシャワールームも清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。 またスイスに行く際には滞在したいと思います。 」

「駅から２~３分の所にあります。駅の隣にキオスクやスーパーもあります。ホテルから奥に行くともう少し大きなスーパーがあります。 朝食は無料で、飲み物、パン、ヨーグルト、卵、チーズ、ハムなど、シンプルですが十分だと思います。物価の高いスイスでは無料朝食は助かりました。 スタッフもフレンドリーです。ホテルにはBar、カフェも併設しているのでゆっくりできます。ベルン市内のホテルは高いので、ゆっくり静かに過ごしたいのならおススメのホテルです。」

「Room was very comfortable and clean with nice amenities but no fridge to store my meds in. I was fortunate that I had frozen water bottles so it was able to stay cold during my stay. 」

「A bit of commute to the property if you on your feet but the views are worth it. Room was clean, views from balcony were amazing, breakfast was a top notch! Staff was very friendly and left me the option for self check in. Our best stay in Lucern!」

「On our way from Tirol to Grindelwald by car, we drop by Luzern as it was right place have rest. Since it was difficult to find a hotel with parking space near the city center, we stayed this hotel and it was good. After chekking in, we went to the old city of Luzern by S-Bahn, only 10 minutes ride. It comes every 15 minutes. The station is about 5 min walk from the hotel.」

「ルチェン駅隣接で立地問題なし。部屋はリフォームされ、きれいで広い。但しエアコンがないので、夏場はやや暑い。そのかわり扇風機２台あったので、窓を少し開けて寝たら大丈夫だった。」
