We stayed for 3 nights to attend an event at Campus Sursee. The hotel is in an odd location but is very well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was big enough for 3 with a nice little kitchen area. The free gym access was a definite plus for me. We also bowled at their brewery downstairs. The Bowli center next door was very fun for my 10 year old, though the cost seemed a bit high. As there are no activities for children at the hotel, it would have been nice to at least have a discount for guests. Overall we were very happy there.

great modern hotel.

Super clean and modern hotel. Slightly fiddly with the self check in via touch screen outside the hotel - would be better if full screen were utilised as hitting wrong button often happened. Apart from that 0- excellent. Sleepy little town was lovely near by. Best shower I've had in any hotel for some time!

Checking in minor problems "not" caused by owners but Ai communications. We missed an email with instructions. Even though problem not the owners they upgraded our room. Nice touch. Want to compliment "Eveline" at desk who really went out of her way to make sure our stay was positive. Breakfasts were great. Would return here in future without hesitation.

Property was nice. Seemed like it was fairly new and was clean. Was disappointed to find I could not control the temperature in my room. Room was way too hot. Does have a ceiling fan which we ran all night but it was very loud and wobbly, There is a very small window when staff are actually there to respond to issues. Also as a bed and breakfast, I thought breakfast was included in the price I paid for the room but that was apparently not the case and breakfast was another $12 per person. Not sure id stay again mostly due to inability to control the temperature of my room.

The hotel and expedia need to make it clear that this is a self-check in hotel which is only staffed in person a few hours a day. I have never been to such hotels and it was a confusing experience to begin with. The initial booking page stated that this hotel had a 24 hr reception (which I assumed meant a person was on reception). When I received the self-check in code I just assumed it was in case I arrived late night. On entering the building (a multi-use building) there were no signs telling me which floor to go to and a staircase with poor lighting. I had an accident whilst searching where I was meant to go, bleeding and with no-one around to ask. Within the hotel section the signage needed to be clearer. The room and en-suite was excellent - very clean, modern, welcoming. My queries were met via the phone service and when I met a staff member the following morning she was very helpful and listened attentively to my complaints. The hotel also apologised in writing about the signage. Once I understood how self-check in hotels operate I was more settled, and had this been made clearer at the start I would have given a good to excellent rating.

Great updated room in a small village next to two grocery stores. The bathroom is big, lots of hot water, bed is comfy, plenty of storage space. Can't beat the price I got too. Would go back again!
