This apartment was absolutely perfect for a few days in Zermatt. The proximity to the train station makes it easy to walk to and from there. The reduced price access to the pools made it a good add on as well. The unit itself felt luxurious without the luxury price tag!

Had an excellent apartment steps from the train station and right in the center of Zermatt village. We had 2 rooms and 3 beds to accommodate my daughters & I. The apartment was updated, had a spacious couch, dining table, and small kitchen area. We appreciated the refrigerator and the convection oven, microwave, as well as the dishes & utensils. It was an excellent base for our daily hikes and visiting the center village. Highly recommend. The partner Hotel was able to store out bags since we arrived prior to the check in time, so we could change and get in a half day hike. Highly recommend this property. For winter, we also noticed a ski room in the lower level which would be helpful. The apartment also had a rubber/plastic mat and stool to take off hiking boots or snowy boots and keep the inside space clean.

Wonderful apartment, a little tight for four, but very functional. It seems newly updated with Bosch appliances. Super nice kitchen and bathroom. Beds are comfortable as well. Location is great, near the river, supermarket, restaurants, and train station. You may see Matterhorn in 2 min walk. Great stay, thank you!

Although Expedia’s listing stated "No elevators," this information is incorrect. There is an elevator on the premises, so you can stay with peace of mind. We booked a "Studio" type room; it was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two people. Since the room is equipped with a kitchen, dishes, cutlery, a microwave, and a refrigerator, it is well-suited for extended stays. The property is also conveniently located close to the train station—within easy walking distance, even while pushing luggage. Check-in takes place at their partner hotel, the Alpen Resort & Spa. If you happen to arrive early, the Alpen Resort & Spa staff will happily store your luggage for you. There is a grocery store nearby, and the Gornergrat station is also close by. Furthermore, the property is situated near the riverside path—a spot widely regarded as offering "the best views of the Matterhorn from Zermatt"—making it an ideal location for admiring the iconic peak as it glows in the light of both sunset and sunrise.

The room was the highlight of Zermatt. Checking in at the sister hotel was not very far to walk and they key your luggage in a locked room if you arrive early. While the outside of the apartment building might fool you, the room was beautiful, bright and redone with all touches of the Matterhorn. Nice small kitchen. The only negative barely worth noting is the bathtub/shower ledge is quite high so it might be a little hard for an elderly person to maneuver in and out of it without help. Zermatt was under construction & I mean all of it so the “car free” town felt like you were about to get ran over with every step by little work trucks and such zooming down alleys & the main road. Loved the room just picked the wrong time to visit.

Our apartment was clean upon moving in. A good size Fridge with a good freezer to make ice. Comfy bed. All was perfect. I would recommend that the establishment change to blackout curtains in the bedroom. Check-in would have been a breeze had we read the instructions to go to an entirely different address for the check-in process and key!

Drunken Millennials ruin your sleep

The apartment is good. The location is convenient. The issue is that the apartment building is located on a main cross street, which is busy with EV traffic during the day and night. The EVs are every bit as noisy as an ICE vehicle. The worse part is late at night and early in the morning, there is a steady stream of loud inebriated millennials carrying on in the street. Some walk by and some linger. It is impossible to sleep through their noise because you need to leave the windows open in order to keep the room from overheating as there is no AC. Our next stay will be to a less traveled section of town.

The apartment as a whole is okay. only that i think the curtain and carpet is not really clean. It has a certain smell. They shouls really change the curtain and sclean the chair and carpet. But you can open up the doors and window to ventilate (which we did) and refrain from sitting on the chairs
