Parking a little confusing, but figured it out. Probably the most comfortable bed and pillows we had while in Switzerland. Breakfast was amazing.

Excellent Hotel in an excellent location.

Fantastic location with great views. Situated within 100m of the railway station and bus stop enabling easy and free transport to the airport and Geneva downtown. Surprisingly good restaurant that we used and priced reasonably for Switzerland.

Gorgeous view out of the Lakeview room, lots of bugs outside of the windows, however so you cannot open the windows as there are no bug screens. Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM just FYI, but it is very good. Staff is friendly. Beer is cheap and again the views are absolutely breathtaking and away from the main city so it is quiet. Train station is right behind the hotel very convenient to get around.

Staff was amazing, hotel was fantastic, the view is spectacular, the area is nice clean and quiet and a minutebwalk from the train. How ever dont expect a mini bar or a tea and coffe machine in the room.. nothing available after 11 or 12.midnight... all shops in area close as well as no.room service. If you dan do with out them then you will have a great time... we absolutely did and the restaurant is also great. Taxi to downtown geneva is between 40 and 50 swiss francs ... how ever u can take the train for free of you get the voucher from the hotel. Thanks lake geneva hotel .. we loved our stay

The worst possible. I was visiting the city and I booked the room based on my location. my GPS was off, contacted them immediately to say that I made a mistake and they literally said they will not refund my money. They said that they would contact the manager and hours later they came back saying that was not refundable. Money literally stolen from me.

Staff friendly at reception. Just some feedback really- Need more vegetarian and vegan options at the restaurant. The walls in the hotel room had dead fly marks. The bedding looked stained. The light switch controls the fan as there was no AC- so if you need the portable fan at night the lights will come on. Needs to have an option of a kettle in the room and tea bags not just coffee pods. In the shower there is only 1 wash- which is used for shampoo, body and face wash. There is an awful lot of noise in the mornings when you are trying to sleep- seemed to be banging on the wooden floors- unsure whether it was the cleaners sweeping so early in the day- they need to be quieter especially when you have a do not disturb sign on the door.

We stayed for 7 days and got 1 free water bottle in our room that’s it the old guy in front desk said we need to buy for 2 dollars if we want again but Expedia says it’s free water , VIP treatment is not true we feel unwelcome, place far from tourist spot ,I don’t recommend this hotel. No Aircondition too so it’s hot .

My upgrade I was entitled to due to Expedia vip may have been just the view as the room I was allocated was more of a standard room . For a 4 star hotel the fact there are no teas/coffees in the room is terrible, this is now standard and available in most hotels from basic hotels to more upmarket so this should seriously be considered by the Lake Geneva Hotel as after a day of touring the city a cup of tea/coffee is a necessity. The reception and restaurant staff were excellent and provided hot water to enable us to have tea, they also assisted us by providing buses we had to catch for our day trip to France and other routes for trains etc. you also receive a Geneva transport card whilst staying in a hotel which gets you on all public transport for your whole stay including back and forth to the airport. The hotel also provides a free shuttle back and forth to the airport at certain times which was great . All in all it was a pleasant stay .

The view was awesome overlooking the lake and into the Alps in the far distance. The reception staff were friendly and willing to help. I even get free parking due to the booking of a certain room. But there is one disappointment when hot water (shower) was shut off in the evening due to the entire hotel's mechanical failure. It didn't come back until 7pm the next evening (24 hours). While the mechanical failure might not be predictable, the problem was that the staff didn't notify us (by calling our room etc).... They never really explained to the guests in any way, or apologized, let alone compensate. That spoiled the experiece there.
