I was told they would cancel the reservation but had to charge me the nightly rate because it was too late. I said theres nothing you can do, they told me it was property policy no exceptions. This is the epitome of corporate greed, and shows why the world is in the shape its in. I personally will never stay at another Hampton Inn or Hilton...

「I was a bit worried about booking this hotel after reading past reviews but was plesently surprised at how wonderful the room and hotel was. Yes, added signs with clearer directions would be nice, but we were pleased with our stay overall. However, one complaint was the shower. My husband, who is disabled with a prosthetic leg, had a hard time in the shower because it was very slippery. He kept slipping and almost falling. My elderly mother in law had the same problem. 「Was a decent room for the price」

「I was very sad to see Cherokee go down so much since I was there as a kid. Although I’m grateful for the job that it brought to the area having the casino it has really made. Everything else looks so rundown. Shops were falling apart. people were very nice everywhere we went. I probably would not stay at this hotel again although the staff was so sweet.」

「Chose this hotel for location close to family. It was clean & had a good breakfast, would stay again.」

「The staff were nice but the property needs attention. My bathroom was modish a towel bar, had a sagging shower curtain bar, and had no holder for the shower head - I had to hold it the entire time. There was also no light above the shower, making it very dark. I was only there for one night, or I would have requested another room. Or possibly left altogether. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special. I would not stay there again. 」
