We stayed in The Cabin, which is a large converted pottery studio with a beautiful interior. Two king beds and very roomy. It was a beautiful interior with lots of amenities, such as a refrigerator, (no freezer). Lots a windows with a huge outdoor patio area. The location is fine. Note that Cashiers is a one light town. There is a fairly large grocery store about 5 miles away. You drive most anywhere you need to go. Very nice restaurants nearby. The brewery that is next door is a fun place to eat. The staff is very helpful.

The rooms were clean and modern with sufficient room for luggage and a nice size bathroom. Parking was very convenient and the location next to a brewery with food was nice. Only limited connection with the staff as everything is handled digital including registration and room access. Thus a bit impersonal.

The Cottage was so lovely and the experience with the hotel was seamless. Highly recommend this hotel, which is also well located to anything you may want to do in and around the area.

The room was new and clean but the mattress was foam and slept like a hammock. Killed my lower back. The room was relatively small and the layout of the counterspace was uncomfortable. When we checked in, the attendant was nice but not helpful at all. She was there to point me to click on a website to check in and that was it. I will not go back to Wells MOTEL. It's not a hotel, it's a renovated motel.

Check in was challenging. We requested a quiet room and we arrived to the room closest to a busy road. Our shower drain was clogged, so I showered in dirty water. The internet was intermittent the entire two days. The area is not pedestrian friendly. The hotel is right by the intersection of two busy highways. It’s noisy. I would not stay there again. Also they were still working on the building we were in. The two upper rooms were done but the bottom was not. We heard construction noise until late.

The suites were perfect. They make the check in so smooth and easy and its done before you arrive so you aren't wasting time in the lobby. However if you do need the staff, they were wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.
