「Just all round excellent」

「A quiet hotel with phenomenal views. Lim was extremely helpful with all questions. I would book it again any time.」

「Spacious and clean rooms, pool and landscaping were beautiful. Went to old town Hoa Lu for meals and shopping. Staff called for transportation, we chose “green” auto, staff told us the price beforehand and it was cheaper than regular taxi. They helped us arrange for rides and visits to Trang An/Tam Coc without using any Tour and it was much more efficient and comfortable and cost less.」

「Very modern clean hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to stay in Tam Coc. It’s in a great location for the small town centre and a short walk into the beautiful countryside. Swimming pool is lovely and very clean . You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.」

「Beautiful room. Plenty of space. Great location. Excellent value for money.」

「Staff was excellent. Very kind people. The room was just as shown of the photos, clean, fresh, spacious and a cute balcony. The location is great!」

You get a big bowl of fresh fruit with your breakfast, which was awesime. We did laundry there twice and they took care of it all for us. We also rented scooter from them for couple days and it was all easy process. The location of the place is also amazing. Near to everything but yet, a bit away from all the noise. Highly recommended the place...

「Generally a good stay overall but there were a few things that could have been better which left us feeling rather unhappy at the end. Staff were on the whole helpful but our check-out experience was very poor and left us feeling a bit miffed. Whilst I was settling the bill at the front-desk my family was practically rushed out - of our rooms even though we still had our bags in the rooms and were doing our final packing - we were still freshening up in our room and had the cards still with...
