「Overall the apartment is great, however it would be better if there is advance notice on the construction next to the apartment so guests can decide whether to stay or change to another apartment prior to making any reservations. We were checked in on Oct 7 evening and woke up by the construction noise in the morning 8am on Oct 8. The staff is helpful to get us change to a higher floor which is better as we were on lower floor previously which is just in front of the construction.」

「This is my second time staying at Apartment Hotel 11 Tsutenkaku in Osaka, and once again, it did not disappoint! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Osaka. The self check-in process is incredibly simple and hassle-free, with clear instructions and great communication from the hotel leading up to our stay. Although you rarely see staff on-site, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. All the essentials are provided, and having a fully...
