「I booked a Deluxe room with bath tab as non-smoking and paid more than standard room online and paid in advance. But it was no bath tab and looked like standard room for me. Also towels and sheets smells a little tobacco for me. Before check-out time, my husband told the difference between our booked room and price but front staff told him "Expedia will sent us receipt" without apology. They charged us extra and gave us small room, so I want to return the difference of cost to stay if...

「１階の部屋でしたがドアを開けて入った瞬間にカビのような匂いがありました。幸いベッド周りはそれほど匂うわけでもなく、我慢できないほどではありません。浴槽が古く若干黒ずんでいた他は問題はありませんでした。二日目に１時間程度しか外出しなかったのに、その間に清掃をしてくれて、芳香剤も散布してくれたようでホテル側の努力が見えました。朝食は温かい食べ物もあり、努力しているようです。スタッフがとても親切でロビーのコーヒーの補充やゲストランドリーの使い方などお願いした時も気持ちよくすばやく対応してくれました。近くにショッピングモールがあり、ロケーションも良いかと思います。」
